
In the beginning, there was nothing but flags ...
So I thought it would be a good time to take a look at how things are shaping up so far. First up is Center Camp. The shade screens are still going up (which involves the tedious and difficult task of attaching ties to each and every grommet that attaches to the cables), but already the shade is significant.
Do me a favor: When you get here, lavish the work crew with every gift and kindness that’s in your power to provide.

... then came some lumber ...

... and then Niko checked the surveyor's work ...

... and then the seemingly endless number of post holes were dug ...

... and then the king posts were laid in the middle of the night ...

... and then there was lots more lumber ...

... and then the headers were finished off ...

... and then more post holes were dug ...

... and Mise kept track of everything that went out of the trailer ...

... and then Devo and the crew put up the cables ...

... and joe kept an eye on everything ...

... and Niko had a tie for every grommet ...

... and then the first shades of Center Camp went up ...

... and then there was a mohawk that needed checking ...

... and then Jamie put up more shade ...

... and then MORE shade went up ...
And on Day Nine (counting forward from Fence Day), the work went on …
