My first and only burn, so far was to celebrate my 60th birthday on the playa with some of my dearest and newest friends, my godchild ( nephew and his partner) and the burners. I traveled with the crew from Seattle to BRC in the cab of their truck and hauling a trailer. My boys wanted me to have the full experience. I even had the opportunity to sleep in a gas station waiting for it to open to refuel the diesel tanks…I am looking forward to celebrating my 65th on the play in two years and they are a very long two years. You have made the wait easier, and yet my mind is wandering amongst the art today and I am enjoying al your stories and descriptions….. thank you so very much

I’m looking for Mike Dosdall. He is at the Burning Man Festival and I urgently need to talk to him. There has been a death in the family and he has no cell phone reception. Very important!!! Please tell him to call his sister, Jessica, if you meet him there. He is a good-looking, friendly, white guy about 5’9″ and 160 pounds. He is tan and has his hair buzzed and a big smile!! He is driving a huge truck that is covered with animal print rugs on the outside of it. It has a basketball hoop on the back. Please give him this message if you read this. Thanks.
