it’s even better than the reno stop on the way out – especially if you live more than 8 hours from the playa

what this basically ensures is that rather than hitting the dirt fried, saucer eyed, and probably bitching with everyone you just spent the last 14 hours on a death march with- you pull up bright eyed & bushy tailed, with tons of daylight to start working in and getting off on generally a much better foot.

plus the drive the drive through the last stretch of desert before gerlach is so much better on a good night’s sleep.

it changes your experience. seriously.

Having playa dreams and your writing make me feel at home, so thank you for the lovely effort and time you put into words of eloquence and waxing about our lovely city as she grows.

I miss my friends, hugely miss the art!, miss participating, and meeting new burners… thanks for keeping me feeling connected… and yes just a bit of tears in my eyes

Thank you for dusting the sadness in my heart I feel better now.
